About SMC 

SMC Building Pty Ltd started in Karratha in 2008 and has since grown into the widely recognised, reputable building company that it is today. The company was started by brothers Stuart and Michael Wing who have both been involved in the building industry for more than 15 years. Starting with their keen interest in property investment, they both steadily grew their industry experience and knowledge base through their direct involvement in what can be a very challenging yet rewarding industry. They have developed a healthy understanding of the fundamental principles of finance, leverage, design & built forms, construction process & efficiency and the legislation surrounding it all.

With Stu a qualified engineer and Mike experienced in sales, the brothers joined forces in Karratha to start their second successful building & development company together. Returning to tertiary education as adults, Mike achieved a diploma in construction management and Stu achieved his qualification as a licenced builder in Western Australia.
